Grand Prix Antimicrobial Process

Antimicrobial Facts:

Bacteria

Bacteria survives on average 20 minutes to 2 hours on hard surfaces such as desks, doorknobs and tables. A surface as small as a pinhead may contain 10 million bacteria and can double their number in 20 minutes. Laboratory studies show that one bacterium can reproduce into 10 billion bacteria in just 10 hours.

Infections

Healthcare Associated Infections continue to account for complications in 5-10% of admissions to acute care hospitals. It is estimated that there are over 1.4 million cases of HAI at any given time, although this unlikely to be a gross underestimation, due to the lack of proper surveillance.

Thanks to years of research and manufacturing experience, we

developed a system that can make nearly any product antimicrobial.

Our exclusive GPAP process contains a specialized compound that can be used in many other products including plastics, coatings and laminations, just to name a few. Within a week, our system can be deployed into nearly any manufacturing environment. Whether on a global or local scale, we adapt to our clients’ needs and help them attain their goals.

Our solution

Our patented antimicrobial coating deactivates viruses and prevents microbial colonization on or near the any surface. Lab tests demonstrated a 99.6 percent reduction of MRSA (methicillin resistant Staphylococcus Aureus), a type of staph infection resistant to certain antibiotics and K. pneumonia e, as well as over 100 types of germs and bacteria. It also guards against odors and the growth of fungus, mold and mildew on paper, while maintaining the antimicrobial features throughout its shelf life.

Our proprietary antimicrobial solutions will calm the end user and help keep them safer.
